The mission of the Federation of Houston Professional Women (FHPW) is to unite
our member organizations to promote a place of influence and power.
We are a nonprofit 501(C)(6) organization of 31 years composed of 40+ organizations.
We exist to advance the educational and professional development of women’s organizations and their members, as well as to promote networking opportunities amongst Members.
As a united group, we strive to attract top-quality speakers who may not be available to each organization individually.
We encourage Members to select a woman from their organization as a Woman of Excellence (WOE). We honor these Women of Excellence each year at the FHPW Annual Gala.
FFHPW events offer networking opportunities, along with programs that focus on professional development.
Who are typical FHPW Members?
FHPW Members are greater Houston metropolitan area nonprofit organizations whose membership comprises a majority of business and professional women. Their goals include the advancement of women in business and support women’s interests.
